Welcome to Karmady Yoga & Massage LLC,  Baton Rouge's premier Yoga Studio and Spa, opened June 2012.  Karmady strives to find the humor and enlightenment in everything the universe brings.

 

Many types of classes are offered to target the needs of everybody from meditation to belly dance.  Attend a quick 45 minute class during your lunch break, a full length 70 minute class or a three hour workshop.  With so many options you can always find a way to fit yoga into your busy life.

 

Need to unwind?  We all do!  Call Karmady to book a 30, 60 or 90 minute massage with one of our licenced and experienced Massage Therapist.  We are here to help you relax seven days a week.

What We Do

Assist you in all aspects of your exercise routine.
